So between notifs being stupid and my general fail, I kind of dropped Rosella's thread with the Tickler over in his intro post. BUT. Between how pitiful he sounded and the sudden snowfall, I'm thinking Rosella might be spurred into going to look for him? SHE'S WORRIED ABOUT HIS SAFETY, sob.

So would you potentially be up for, like...she goes out to look for him in the late afternoon before the snowfall gets too bad, has a run-in with him somewhere in the forest, does the teleporting thing, and gets away relatively unscathed but having definitely seen and encountered him? Because she'll absolutely go on the Network and start spreading word around about the giant monster thing if he tries to jump her, and I don't want to step on anybody's toes.

I'm definitely up for it! He'd be hanging over the cliff, by a thread, trying to lure people with a "human" like voice - he'd try to crawl up the string, or to trap her foot and drag her down in the pit with him, before she ran off.

And that timing is fine with me! I'll keep an eye out, to tag the entry!

Actually, wait, I lied, because I am actually starting to, like...think. For once. Sob.

Because this just occurred to me--if we push it back to, like...Sunday, and say it was too late for her to go out today and the blizzard kept her trapped in tomorrow, then Sunday would be the first available day to go look because the snow would be tapering off. And she'd feel bad. ICly that'd work motivation-wise, but OOCly, that'd also give me time to put up a tl;dr post (assuming this gets mod approval? Do I need mod approval for it, you think?) and possibly find a volunteer for Rosella to come crash-landing into when she teleports away from the Tickler. Potential for fun CR, shenanigans, etc. etc. Would that work?

As far as playing it out, maybe you and I could do a Tampered post and forward-date it to Sunday, and then I'll Network her reaction to it, teleporting away?

Sorry I'm all over the place, I'm thinking on the fly and I'm about to get dragged out, but I'll be back hopefully within the hour, so.

Whatever timing works best for you is fine by me, the Tickler isn't scheduled to die by then, ALTHOUGH Zuko's going to definitely be meeting it tonight, so idk if she'd get notice.

Well, what exactly do you think requires mod notice? Her teleporting ability? Is it not a skill she has / has worked for / would it bend the boundaries of any City rule? o.o

Re: Timing: Actually, Rosella's never met Zuko, I don't think, so I can fairly easily handwave her just not seeing it on the Network if he meets it first, that's no problem at all! So let's call it Sunday morning.

Re: Mod Notice: ...Honestly, I dunno, I guess I've just gotten in the habit of "better safe than sorry" when it comes to mod permissions and stuff? I did get mod permission for the teleporting thing back when she first acquired it, so that's probably solid...and it's not like she goes around using it constantly, which was the other part of it, so. Okay, I guess it probably doesn't need mod notice, since it's just the one isolated incident and it's within her canon/approved powers to do. Cool.

Re: Logging: Iiiiii will do whatever works best and is most convenient for you? I wasn't sure if you were planning to do logged encounters with the Tickler or just prearrange encounters and then handwave things or...anyway, point is, I am open. If you want, we could just figure out here what happens when Rosella encounters him, and I'
