Rock Village, Sunday Morning
After an exciting day back home yesterday - which had ended in Dax pitching a fit and ranting all through dinner, much to Jak's amusement - Jak was ready and packed for the second part of their trip. He'd thought about going the long way, through Fire Canyon, which would've been cool. Maybe on the way back, though. Right now, he just wanted to get Dinah down to the Precursor Basin to stare at some cool stuff.
The blue portal in the Blue Sage's hut swirled to life, flashing in its customary way, spitting them out into the home just on top of the cliff overseeing the rest of Rock Village.
It still looked a little empty, but at least it wasn't on fire any more, which Jak thought was a definite plus for the ambiance.
