California: Day 1
Okay... now that I'm on the real computer instead of my phone...
I'm in SANTA ROSA!!! This is all thanks to a wonderful benefactor who wanted to remain anonymous. But I want to thank them cause this is really one of the most amazing gifts EVER... right up there with my TurboCooker. :D Anyway... you know who you are... and I say, "THANK YOU!!"
Anyway, this has been planned since back in September. But neither Jeney or I could think about it because it was so far away. In fact, we didn't even DISCUSS it again until last week or so. I was so scared that something would happen to make it fall through. But it didn't! And I'm here!
The flight was ridiculously long. And my seatmates were... awkward. But not as awkward as the seat mate someone had two rows in front of me. For that I'm grateful.
Now? Now I'm here and we're about to take the kids to school. Woo! :D
