Stuff. And things. and stuff.
So, I'm still a happy camper.
Yesterday Lilly and I went on a big shopping trip.
We started off a Denios (a farmer's market about 15 min away).
We spent about $40 there to get what would have been $100 of food in the normal store.
It was fun to watch my wife haggle the prices down even further!
However, we also stopped by a booth that sales anime.
She talked the lady way down on what she had.
We got both seasons of Death Note, a season of something else (Forget what it was), and the Last Exile soundtrack for $100.
Pricing that all out... we made out like bandits!
On another note, we got though the first 2 dics of Death Note.
I have to say... I had no idea that it would be as good as it was.
I had heard about the show in the past, but figured it would not be all that good from what I had been told. Granted, most of it came from a single source.
This show... is pure genius. Things are laid out very nicely, and not as predictable as I would think. There has been a few points where I said "that dude is totally going to out the main character", only to not see it happen. I am looking forward to seeing the rest of it =)
