Our new apartment!

Today me and Alan got a confirmation that world's bestest apartment is ours!!! :D I can't stop grinning. Look at this beauty he he

The Elm Park golf course
It's located in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, within a 5 minute walk from the sea. Our windows overlook a golf course, there's a a tennis court, and a swimming pool (pity I can't swim though). There might be a gym too :D AND there's a running track. Perfect. We'll be moving in in a week or 2. It's a completely new development and they are still putting the TVs on walls and placing vases lol. Now I just need to find a job in the area. Oh the excitement!
The rent is 1400 euro per month (approx $2200) though, Pricey but dammit, totally worth the money.
