Last night Nate & I went to the drive-in.
Movie number one: Surf's Up
The beginning was pretty hard to follow, but then you got used to it. It's like a longggg interview of the penguin. I personally favoured the Chicken- Chicken Joe- But the story wasn't about it.
It was really funny though.
After that movie, we drove over to screen 2, which Pirates was playing on before the other movie.
That movie was so freaking long, it's unbelievable. I'm sure it was good, it was just way too long, it lasted about 3 hours, so we saw about an hour and a half of it before the other movie started. So basically, it was just long, but the ending made sense.
Oceans Thirteen isn't the other movie we saw, but from what I noticed of it, it looked interesting.
Wild Hogs critics gave it a D+, but Yahoo! users gave it a B. Parts of it looked funny, but basically whatever was shown in the trailers on t.v. were the only funny parts, so that kind of ruined the movie.
It wasn't very good, it got dry very quick, and I realized why critics gave it that grade. Nate and I left about an hour into it, because it was 2 AM, I wasn't feeling well, and it basically just... Sucked.
So, in short, if you get the chance, see Surf's Up. And don't forget, Knocked Up was hilarious, so that's a must-see too.
I start my 8-day "vacation" from work tomorrow. It's not really a vacation though.
Tomorrow's Father's Day, so I'm going to see my dad, and maybe do something with Nate.
Monday is Graduation rehersal and the Senior Banquet.
Tuesday I get to relaxxxxx.
Wednesday I have a Scholarship Breakfast for the Union scholarship in the morning, and at night Alishia wants me to see her dress for her last June Dance in Middle School. And I'm getting my nails done for prom.
Thursday is Prom!!!!!
Friday is graduation!
And Saturday's my grad party.
I'm looking forward to it all though.
