Anyone know any good books or information about helping someone in a DV situation? I've got plenty of shelter literature, but it seems to go right over the heads of the people who need to get it. If at all possible, I need spoonfeed-easy stuff aimed at the culturally brainwashed, no assumption of prior independent thought, psychology or knowledge of basic principles of feminism (sigh). I'm hanging my hopes on Some Author being able to tell this to them, because they're sure as hell not listening to me.
