Oh God...sorry but I don't remember how make this colour...I think always to joy with selective colour and saturation!!

Oh, yeah...sorry!!
For the box I've used the selection tool set on Rounder rectangle...after the selection I've used the Flood Fill Tool [colur white #FFFFFF] and set to normal!!
