Thank you, McDonalds, for motivating me to practice proper nutrition and supplementation. So I pigged out on some fast food for the first time in a while. I normally eat whole grains, fruits, raw vegetables, etc. Needless to say my body couldn't digest the food. What didn't go straight through my intestinal tracks within an hour came through the entrance. How I abhor crappy food.
It's been over five days since I consumed alcohol, and I'm aiming for 6 weeks during my training. If this sacrafice yields positive results, I might push it a little further.
