I had to slam on my breaks and swerve onto the shoulder to avoid the blue truck. But I'm ok.

If I knew anything about html, I would make a to-do list and then CROSS OUT the items already accomplished.

4 + hopefully 4 more = 8 miles of exercise today. I want to go back to Quiznos and drink a cup of cranberry-grapefruit low-carb goodness. Jaime, I often invite you to hang out with me.

Cell phone service at my house (for example, in the middle of a swamp) isn't the greatest, but it's getting better.
