Since I realize there are people here who don't have Twitter but would still like to know, this came from Kevin's Twitter today:

Last 2 NEW episodes of #unnaturalhistory air SEPT 14th and 21st!! Spread the word!!

I know (thanks to wikipedia but was still worried I was wrong)! I'm sad there's no new episode this week but at least that makes it last a little longer? I want a second season now.

Yeah, I really hope they get a second season.

My week won't feel complete without a new episode. This week is going to suck.

As far as a second season goes, one of the show's producers posts on TVTropes - he says that the network is very happy with the ratings and while there's no official word yet, things look very good.

Also, DVD info should be released shortly after this season ends.

YESSS. I want the DVD's so bad, I can't even tell you. And a second season, of course, but I think at this point I want word of DVD's more.
