Opportunities
Yesterday was my first day as a Store Manager for GameStop in Pasco.
I'm really excited about this promotion and and big opportunity. So far I like the store, and I was very happy to have a successful first day as far as numbers go.
If you're in the Tri Cities and are looking forward to any games coming out, please come on over to the Road 68 store and I'll get you set up. lol
Tomorrow's the 4th and I have no plans. I guess I do have ONE plan- work. I might be doing something with Damon, we'll see.
Stuff I've been into . . . Resident Evil 4 rocks on the Wii. I hadn't played it before, but I love it. I've been in a slump of picking out really boring movies with my Blockbuster Online thing. Breach and Good Sheppard both about put me to sleep. Although Breach wasn't awful or anything. Anyone have and recommendations? Nothing X-Rated please. Unless it's really good. haha I'm excited to have enough money to go pick up my comics. I don't think I have too many waiting for me, but that's all for the best.
Really I've got nothing else, mostly just happy that I was able to land a Store Manager job after 8 months of being an Assistant Store Manager. The only downside is not getting to work with Damon in the same store anymore, but I have a feeling it won't change our friendship. I feel like I'm back on track career-wise- and that's a great feeling!
