So it's been a really long week. Or rather it was a long week. Now it's just the start of another week for me, and we have yet to see how this one will turn out.
I went to my parents in Longview on Thursday and Friday. We basically just laid low as one family unit as much we could. I watched movies with them and pretty much never left the house. I made homemade pizzas (yes, even the dough) with my mom one night and we feasted on those suckers (they ended up getting a little big in the oven!).
It was a great and refreshing little weekend for me and I'm glad I went.
When I got back I had one day to recover before something very sad happened.
The GM of my theater passed away last Sunday. It's terrible. I wasn't very close with her, but she had some very cool and unique qualities. I can also tell by the way everyone feels about her now that she was a very important and special person in many people lives that I am close to every day.
The whole week has been one of mourning due to her unfortunate passing.
The week sort of stumbled by for me. I didn't do much on my days off, just sort of re-couped and laid low. I get to work a double today.
As of right now I'm trying to figure out what exactly I'm doing. I may be moving to Spokane. It seems sure that I will, but it's a matter of "when" more than "if."
I am planning on being back in Lewiston/Clarkston for at least one of the three days I have off later this week (Wed-Fri).
