Hmmm...I'm thinking Under, because House is under the knife, and Wilson meanwhile, is under the pressure that House is going to die.

I agree with the "Under" title...but I was going to say "Unhinged", if you wanted another opinion.

I found a small typo when I was reading through this.

Wow, Wilson is really not having a good time. It's really impressive how you didn't just straight into making up but instead but House through a motorcycle accient. I'm really looking foreward to seeing how Wilson's going to do when House is finally recovering.
