Well, I'm going back to school for what I REALLY want to be....An Esthetician.
I found the best school around, and fortunately was approved for a private loan, NOT a government loan, and at a 14% interest rate, but I've got to do it. I just have to.
The school I'm going to is
The Aesthetic Science Institute and it's an amazing school. The whole program is 10 months because I can only go part-time, so I'll be graduating in July '07.
Facials, waxing, makeup, here I come. I just want a career that goes along with my lifestyle and all of the changes I've made in my life. I want to live a healthy, long life and enjoy my job. I'm hoping the work in
this salon where I enjoyed a haircut on Monday. Wow, Aveda has a 99% natural haircolor, which I do regularly and want to get away from those cancer causing chemicals. Besides that, this salon instantly calmed me down, and I sat down to a nice scalp massage before the service. My stylist was amazing, easy to talk to and listened to me, understandingly, that I just want to grow out my hair, NOT style it striaght, or get a haircut for straight hair. Once I can afford buying all new skincare & haircare, I'm swtiching over to Aveda due to their natural products. I just want to get away from as many things that are artificial and chemical based as possible. Hippie, Organicville, here I come.
So, life is good and my birthday is in 10 days!!
