http://www.wam.umd.edu/~stwright/rel/tao/TaoTeChing.html the link above is a copy of the toa te ching.
it is inspiring,
you'll have to do some interpreting yourself because that is part of it.
It talks about quieting the chatter of the mind.
You know when you meditate and you try to clear your mind of all thoughts so you can realize more about yourself.
It can seem like darkness, but it is space.
Space is full of so many possibilities, and it is up to you to create a positive space for yourself, and to treat others just as well.
Not forcing your will upon them, but rather being kind enough to them like you would be to yourself.
Negativity only attracts and creates more negativity.
Where by being positive will do the same thing. Though sometimes it can seem hard to break through a wall of negative feelings.
But once it is gone it leads to growth.
Like taking a deep breath again.
Refreshing your soul.
Nourishing the spirit within.
Realizing that we all desearve time to connect with our spiritual side.
And be should spread our happyness anyway we can without being pushy about it.
And not expecting others to get it right away...
I like reading the toa te ching every once in a while over again.
It helps me become grounded again.
Take care my friend
