Is it the same price for shipping?

Since the USPS raised their shipping rates again recently, shipping to Canada is a lot more expensive. It would be $8.75 for shipping, making the total $13.75.
I take Paypal for payments, as stated in my earlier post here.

To pay, you have to log onto Paypal.com, click the "send money" tab, and send the $13.75 total to my email address (kawaii_miaka@yahoo.com). Be sure to include your name and mailing address!
