Texas heat is freakin awesome.
Our AC's been out for a couple of days, now. We sleep at Julie's, but I hang at the heatbox during the day when Chris is at work (so the kitties don't suffer alone. Every now and again I squirt them with cold water. They're learning to like it.)
Went for a bike ride today for a couple of hours. It was nice, but wicked hot (big surprise.) Rode down Blackhawk to Frankie Carter, Kroger, 1776 Park, and home.
Work at charlotte Russe is great. The girls are awesome and my managers rock. Only prob is the total lackage of hours. Last week I worked one day. Would've been a four hour shift, but I traded with a counter supervisor, and they pull more hours, so I got seven.
Been doing freeweights, since I can't run on my treadmill. It passes the time in the heatbox. I wanna take a kickboxing class this fall, maybe. I just think that'd be flippin awesome.
Other than that, not much going on in my world. Been hanging with Mark more often. We're planning to start an airsoft team. I'm getting an AK-47 and Chris wants this crazy-ass grenade launcher that's wicked scary. Launches 28 bb's per grenade. Ouch. ^^
