it's been awhile

so yesterday pretty much sucked. i worked 3-11 and during my shift 9 people and 1 manager quit. people just kept going on break and never coming back because, well, i work in a hellhole. We have a new manager who is a fat bitch who yells at us and threatens to keep us there til 3am. Yesterday she asked an employee why she looked so sad and the girl said that one of her friends had just passed away. The manager responded with "oh, sucks" and kept stuffing her fat face with a quesadilla. Heartless bitch. who does that? Another manager was in the back screaming "WHAT THE FUCK AM I FUCKING SUPPOSE TO DO?!" on the phone with someone, and yet another manager had one of those kid temper-tantrums where you stomp your feet, pound your fists and scream. It was just..not a good day. Everyone was yelling at everyone else, the store was fucking insanely crowded, clothes were everywhere, and people were dropping like flies. Man oh man my job is hell.

after work jen and i decided to go on an adventure to see the meteor shower..even though it was clowdy..so we drove and drove and ended up in rhome by a goat farm, where you could see 1 or 2 stars but no meteor shower. we did see a train that came out of nowhere, and a dairy queen (which are hard to find lately). And i decided that if i lived in rhome i would say "when in rhome" a lot and refer to myself and others as "rhomans". we got home at like 1:30 and decided our time would have been much better spent sleeping.

and that...was my day.
