As is often the case, I'm spending a pleasant, quiet, and relaxing day after Thanksgiving enjoying my leftovers (thanks everyone!) and, other than some writing, doing as little as possible.
I know it's about a month off by date, but next week marks the beginning of wintertime, at least as far as my cuisine, activities, and perhaps the local climate. It's actually been really warm these past two months; I'm waiting for the weather to change, and wondering if it will. Even down here at the bottom of a hill and next to a lake, I can expect to see frosts a week before Halloween. This year, I'm still waiting.
Anime-wise, One Outs has entered my top tier and Yozakura Quartet may be leaving it. Michiko to Hatchin is turning out to be tentatively watchable, and I've started watching Heavenly Warrior Sunred, if only for the recipes in each episode. Box of Goblins, which I listed as "not going to bother," I might pick up, but not for late at night. Comedies are dominating this season, and while not my favorite genre, I find myself laughing quite a lot every night, now.
