House! Will be warm!

For those of you who haven't heard, I will soon be the proud owner of a house! (Barring any potential unforseen end-of-the-world style hitches.) I should be taking possession on either the 7th or the 10th, and I'm having housewarming thoughts for the 13th or 14th. I've had several peoples ask about housewarming giftings, so I thought I'd make a list of the myriad small things I am sure to need. You know, just in case some of you awesome people have them sitting in a bin ready to go to Value Village, because I can totally help with that!
Lamps (especially floor lamps--there is no overhead lighting)
flashlights
hangers
more hangers
Cleaning supplies
Toilet scrub brush
Toilet plunger
Bathtub scrub brush
sponges
swifter & swifter dust cloths
hand soap
all other kinds of soaps
batteries of all shapes, like for normal things and smoke detectors too
shredder
fluffy pillows and blankets (never can have enough)
house telephone(s?)
garbage cans
garbage bags
recycling bins
can crusher
other plastic bags
toilet paper
paper towels
towels in general
bookshelves
coffee table
Will add more as I actually go through things and figure out what I don't have.
P.S. To my wonderful lower 48 and beyond friends who I horribly don't keep in touch with but still love--come visit AK and you will have a place to stay! Yay!
