Oh also I finally got a plurk - it's UmiMikazuki. I bet no one's surprised.

UmiMikazuki: [MEME] Morbid Monster Monday. Ask me dark, creepy or spooky questions about my characters!
Lisa: What is the worst thing Kang would ever do to someone? Say, if they threatened his kids or something equally evil?
Cheryle: HAS KANG EVER EATEN SOMEONE
Me: ...well, he's not a fan of torture, so he'd just kill them.
Me: And yes. He has eaten someone before.
Lisa: Cheryle, for some reason the way you phrased that made me laugh.
Me: It was a kender, and they were really low on food and starving.
Me: It didn't taste very good. >:
Cheryle: WOULD KANG EAT ANYONE ON THE SHIP
Milo: WOuld Ironhide kill humans if it was the only way to beat the 'Cons?
Me: ...no, Cheryle.
Me: Because people do not taste good.
Cheryle: IT'S NOT JUST PEOPLE
Cheryle: THERE ARE YEERKS.
Cheryle: lmao Kang eating a yeerk
Me: Hmmmm. Before Mission City and working with humans, I'd say possibly? But after, no.
Cheryle: slimy yet satisfying
Ray: Hey! Don't eat the Kender!
Me: It was eat the damn thing or go hungry for longer, and they had young females to take care of. |:
Ray: Poor Kender's are so misunderstood XD
Cheryle: WOULD KANG EAT A YEERK.
Me: No.
Cheryle: dammit.
Me: WHAT IS WITH THESE QUESTIONS, CHERYLE.
Me: ARE YOU HUNGRY?
Cheryle: A LITTLE BIT.
Cheryle: yes.
Ish: Would Kang eat Cheryle after being peppered with these questions?
Ray: XD
Cheryle: lmao
Cheryle: best one
Me: ...ffffff
TC: What does Kang find more abhorrent, something that uses magic against the innocent for not reason and/or fun
TC: Or someone who uses people, perhaps even killing them, to further a cause that they see as just
Me: ...the first.
Me: If it's magic that harms them, definitely the first.
TC: Magic that embarrasses, possibly causes small harms, but nothing to the level of killing them
TC: Just a mage being a dick to someone who can't fight back
Me: Well, he's not fond of using magic on others just because/for the fun of it.
Me: The second bit... is a little tougher.
Me: He's got /no problem/ with killing someone if he has a sufficient reason to do so.
Me: Torture is a no, though.
TC: *asks difficult moral questions*
Me: He's very well aware that good and evil are subjective terms, and that he himself once killed people because he thought it was the right--
Me: --thing to do.
Me: It was how he was raised.
Me: So, it's tricky.
Me: It'd depend on the justification for the using/killing of people.
TC: *nods* So in the end it would come down to if he thought the cause the people were being used for?
TC: was just?
TC: ha. *in your head*
Me: It's one of those questions that there's no real way to answer yes or no.
Me: It's shades of grey.
TC: *nods* It'd be purely situational.
Me: Yep.
Me: THIS IS WHY I LIKE PLAYING HIM
Me: I love me some shades of grey
Me: Can't stand black and white morality
TC: oh I love it too
TC: that's why I had to come up with an interesting moral conundrum for you
Me: I think it's why I never really got into comics.
Me: That, and the fact that they never just GET RID of the villain permanently.
Me: Dude, if there is a clear threat, you get rid of it.
Me: You make sure that threat is gone, if it is in your power.
TC: yeah, but heroes don't do that
Me: So they constantly endanger the people they're supposed to protect.
TC: Right, but they're heroes, they don't kill. Yeah it doesn't make sense to Iniss either
Me: Being a hero means making the tough decisions that no one else wants to.
TC: Yep, but a lot of heroes never have to. Or refuse to
Cheryle: WOULD KANG RATHER KILL FONRAR OR THE BABBIES.
Cheryle: /awful.
Cheryle: /worst thing I have ever asked I TAKE IT BACK (tears)
Karl: TOO LATE SHE HAS TO ANSWER IT NOW
Me: ...
Karl: YOU MONSTER
Me: I refuse to answer that.
Cheryle: ;_;
TC: If getting home required Kang to kill someone on the ship that he'd grown close to, would he do it?
Cheryle: good one TC.
Me: If getting home meant that Teyr and the people there were alright/brought back... at the very least, he'd consider it.
TC: Your world is returned, you just have to kill someone to make it happen. Blood sacrifice.
Me: He is /very/ dedicated to Teyr, and the survival of his race.
Cheryle: so he'd kill Kaylee.
Cheryle: as an example.
Me: ...yes. He would hate doing it so much, but he would.
Me: And he'd make it as quick and painless as possible for her.
Me: Sorry, Kaylee, he really does love you like family, but he's got a /race/ to take care of. >:
Cheryle: she understands.
