The Move
Sorry I have not posted, but the move went pretty bad. I am at about a 75% loss on furniture alone, this is not including boxes that were destroyed, collectibles, books, glass items, lamps and so on.
Teaches me to hire professionals.
So far the moving company is being very apologetic and we are working with them to upload the pictures and videos we took as things were coming off the van. Thankfully since the move was tax deductible, I bought all new boxes for this move, so I have the receipts that show the boxes were new, and should NOT have been destroyed with sides ripped out and holes punched through them.
Though the fact that they managed to warp, crack, dent, and put holes in a solid wood desk top is almost as impressive as the metal tins i packed by soap in being dented and smashed.
/sigh.
On the bright side....YAY SHOPPING
on the down side, I am broke from the move.
Lets see how good the insurance I got really was for the move...
