Hmmm...what is this?
So I was going to go out for coffee this evening, and since there was heavy rain and my converses were soaked, I decided to wear my Pumas. I haven't worn them in a few weeks so I decided to flip one foot over for spiders or bugs. There were none. So I absent mindedly put my foot in and didn't bother to check the other shoe and slipped that foot in too. I felt my foot hit something...soft. I then wondered, "Did I leave a pair of socks in here?" I looked inside and indeed saw a dark round shape...
I then reached in with my bare hands....
and grasped...
It was soft.
It was strangely squishy...
I screamed as I flipped it upside down and heard a dull *thump* as it hit the cement of my garage.
It was a dead baby mouse.
I screamed again and tore off my jacket, socks, and sweater as I ran back upstairs and into the bathroom, squirming and crying and jumping around as I hit the shower.
Somehow it crawled into my shoe and died.
I TOUCHED IT, WHAT DO I DO?! I WASHED MY HANDS FIVE TIMES AND I STILL FEEL ENDANGERED. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD DO?! PLEASE, OMG, I FEEL SO VIOLATED.
I. TOUCHED. IT. A. DEAD. MOUSE.
