I just bought a new iPod... Apparently I mentioned in passing around the holiday season that I'd be willing to sell my iPod for $200 to maybe buy a brand new one for myself. I don't actually recall saying that, but it's something I think I was considering, and it does sound like me. So Tom messages me at work and asks if I'm still willing to sell my iPod for $200, and I was like "huh?". He explains the situation, I say "Let me think about it", and 10 min later I have a new iPod ordered from apple.com. The thing is I don't need a new iPod, and I really need to stop spending money. On the plus side, it looks like this whole ordeal only cost me $145, and I get a brand new iPod out of the deal which has 10 more gigs, a colour screen, and plays videos.
In a related note, my new motorcycle helmet and jacket that I ordered myself are pretty snazzy (they just arrived last week), and I sold my old helmet to someone at work (and he just gave me the money for it today). This is the last expensive thing I buy for a while. I swear.
