since i was fixing that other junk ...i decided to give you guys an insignificant post
i have a month of renting as many movies as a i want at blockbuster for only $25 and it ends tomorrow...i can't even remeber what we've watched...but the most recent ones like Ray, Hotel Rwanda, Julius Caesar (kind of), and Braveheart have been great...just wow...
Jamie Fox as Ray was incredible because i have never seen Fox play a role such as this. It was breathtaking watching a man you usually see playing comedic roles take on such a dramatic one.
Hotel Rwanda further opened my eyes to the world i will never see because i am ignorant. It reminds me that i am a useless child not even trying to seek understanding.
Julius Caesar was pretty good. The only reason it really got to me was because of his death scene. My mom and sister did not cry but i did. My sister said he was not a good man in the first place and did not understand why i would cry for him. She just needs to really place herself in his position to understand how i felt at the end. He actually trusts certain men and one of them was Barcelona (something like that) who was the leader of the senate who assassinated him. How would you feel if someone you trusted stood by with a knife in his hands as others continued to stab you? How would you feel if that person you trusted gave you the last stab that took your life? ...it got to me and i just could not explain it to my sister...
Braveheart....this took the cake...Mel Gibson..it was made 10 years ago and i never saw it but now that i have...damn...It was a wonderful story with plenty of blood, action, and romance. I cried when Robert of Bruce was revealed by William Wallace when fighting in battle. He was supposed to help William instead he joined the other side to kill William's men. When William pulled the helmet of his head his eyes immediately shadowed in horror. He TRUSTED Robert to help him and yet there he was trying to keep him from killing the king the one who was suppressing his people. I cried when he died too ..but i don't think my sister did surprisingly enough...
yea...i don't remember the other movies very much...oH! i finally watched Office Space...the beginning was ingenius...but..the middleend...was a little off...the beginning rocked my socks
anything else?...Kung-Fu Hustle was alright...funny when the main guy kept on getting stabbed trying to kill someone but...other than that...it was okay
i had to watch House of Flying Daggers again and...the kissing in their is still mad awkward...asians and their horrible kissing scences
mmmmmmmm...i don't know what i watched...so i'll just end this junk here...with the ending note that i'm trying contacts right now...and putting and taking that stuff out is hard shit my man..i need to get glasses too...
