Developed by Michael Polsky '87 to encourage the participation of students demonstrating entrepreneurial interests and a commitment to advancing the interests of Ukraine (particularly those who have graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute), the Polsky Fellowship offers $20,000 per year for two years.
