Spring 2011 Housing
This may be pretty early but I'm posting it anyways.
I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment for the Spring 2011 semester AND Summer 2011 (June & July). I have a 1 bedroom apartment at the Cliffside Apartments in Sunderland, MA. Its on the Route 31 Bus Route which runs every 15 minutes during the regular semester.
Rent: $899 per month
Lease Ends: July 31, 2011
Square Footage: 450 sq. ft. Total

*Pool/Basketball & Tennis Courts
