A public service announcement, because I care.

Dear friends and loved ones,

I regret to inform you that I have come down with something tragic. I have chapsticklossitis, or the inability to not have my chapstick disappear. I've had it for about a week now, and I know who I contracted it from. I don't want to put her on the spot, but for her friends' sake, I'm outting her because she doesn't seem to be taking the personal responsibility to warn people. I caught this horrible ailment from Cinnamon! In the past week, every container of chapstick I have used in this period of time has vanished. I buy more and it vanishes. My poor sweet mother bought me 2 tubes of chapstick last night and I fear that by morning they will be gone and she too will be inflicted. I don't know if I am currently contagious but I don't want anyone to come around me who hasn't been warned because this is truly a devastating situation with no cure in sight. If you happen to come down with this, please tell the people you care about. They will not judge you, they will still be there for you, maybe just from a distance.

Its never too late to protect yourself by taking stock of all containers of chapstick on your person and confining them to a safe place that you will remember.

Thank you for reading.
