I went to a neat show the other night. It was a showcase type thing for fryk beat records. google it, it's really neat if you like punk rock techno made by crazed ex-ravers.
This is e*rock. he owns fryk beat. he did an extended knob-twidling ambient noise thing with psychadelic/childlike flash-type animations behind him.
He also did some sexy/dancy songs.
The only problem with this show is that the dude working door gave us SO MUCH SHIT for being underage. It was really upsetting. Thank god Toby knows everyone and could get us in. But even after it was established that Toby actually helped book the show, the dude was still really rude and condescending. Things like this really make me hate NYC. There really isn't any community, trust or love.
