upcoming stuff
No new manga today. ;_; I was really hoping for Furuba 11 and HG 9. (The store owner produced a copy of Furuba 10 and offered to change '10' to '11' with a marker. ^^)

This icon makes me want to write Shigure and Rin again. That whole scene is vital in the lemonesque, but he's not actually in the story. (Not to show my bias, but for me, that scene is probably the single one in the series with the deepest psychological leftovers that I *don't* expect Takaya to touch on. *shivers* Everything about it--Rin's side, anyway--leaves me feeling kind of sick and yet awestruck.)

I really was disappointed in the Fullmetal Alchemist anime ending. But still, whenever someone mentions the upcoming movie, my heart does a little skip. *^^* *checks* O_O Apparently it's opening this week. Wonder how long it'll take to show up . . . must confer with Servo and the Pimp. (Ferd? Are you still doing your occasional-lurk here?)
Huh. AnimeNewsNetwork says there's a new BlackJack movie coming out in December.
On the less bouncy side, another Tenjou Tenge OAV (I assume that's what it is) showed up for download today. Speaking of shows I'm bitter about . . . still haven't watched the first OAV (heard it sucked). But I keep saving 'em up for, I don't know, sometime when I get deathly ill and am too weak to do anything but work my way through my terrifying backlog of subs. (I think I'm up to a binder and a half of cds. I *may* have seen a third of them. And then there're the dvds since we got a dvd burner . . . )
But I can delete Tsubasa. *^^* Rejoice!

anime_babble tempted me with 52_flavours. *wobbles* I do NOT need another list of short things to write. But some of the themes look tempting. (Likewise, sleepdebtfairy tempts me--less directly--with the communities for which she's writing essays on Kisa and Hiro.)
Um . . . does anyone know what "Acceptable Ratings are K through M" means? Not a rating system I'm at all familiar with. >.
