It was a productive day!
Today I did laundry, unloaded/reloaded/ran the dishwasher, did some general puttering, used the voice app to make two of the three appointments that needed making (I was able to book the third appointment online), got a bit of basic info for Ginny on transferring from ON health coverage to NS health coverage while I was at it, did a bunch of online banking, and helped move the majority of Ginny's worldly possessions into her storage unit in the evening (and the remainder, plus 
scruloose's and my Toronto purchases, into our place).
Oh, and I adapted almost half a volume of manga and met my deadline. *nonchalant*
(Panic. It works wonders. My brain function's been largely turned off since then, though, and I really need it back tomorrow. :/)
On Twitter, Ginny posted this picture of Claudia "helping" with the laundry and this picture of Claudia and Jinksy making themselves at home in the part of her dresser that she brought here.
(I know "part of her dresser" sounds weird, but it's this. Soon I'll be very familiar with it, barring incident, because I just bought one of my own. For my socks. Yeah, I hear myself saying this. Anyway, it's now in the house and awaiting assembly...whenever that happens.)
One of the other things Ginny's brought with her to the house is her Teabot, which is a liter or so bigger than ours (which we'll put away for the duration once we run the cleaning cycle). I drink a fair bit of tea--usually three or four cups a day--but Ginny drinks FAR more than I do.
This was evidenced by the fact that we went through nearly all of the teaspoons today, which reminded me that I've been wanting to get a bunch more teaspoons and keep them in a jar or something on the counter by Teabot. I said as much to Ginny tonight, and she eyed me for a moment before pointing out that she has tons of teaspoons...which we'd literally put into storage a couple hours earlier. Oops.
I had notions of at least starting to catch up on Penny Dreadful (I have three unwatched episodes, and the very little I've heard about the season finale is making me nervous), but I kinda dozed off on the couch while Ginny was doing some unpacking. ^^; Here's hoping sleep comes as easily when I go to bed in a few minutes, because it sure as hell wasn't feeling benevolent last night. (So tired. So. Tired.)
