Successful sharing of TV!

Sometimes I look at my DW/LJ tags and cry a little inside because they're such a mess, so I tab away and try not to think about it. I know renaming them is easy and all, but trying to make them match on the old posts I imported from LJ rather than cross-posting seems like it'd be a hassle. (Is it magically easier than I think? Has anyone done it?)

And oh, look, apparently we're having some kind of rain/snowstorm on Sunday and Monday. Happy spring...?
I always have fun sharing stories I love, but for some reason I'm always extra pleased when I convince one of my Casual Job editors to read or watch something. (And still wryly amused that the one of the three who's actually a geek is the only one I haven't managed this with, although he's certainly written a number of recs down.)

I sent my S1 Fringe DVDs home with Editor 1 late last year (oddly enough, no one in editorial has time to watch anything at all during the times of year when I'm actually in the office with them ^^), and yesterday when I got to work she said, "Oh, I forgot your DVDs." It turns out that she and her husband were both hooked enough that he'd tracked down one of his co-workers who had the series and borrowed S2 and S3 from him. Excellent. So today I'll check to see if she needs/wants the S4 discs now, or if that would be too tempting while this work session is happening. ^_^

(IIRC, this brings me up to having successfully shared Newsflesh, Firefly, and Fringe with her.)
