Ohhh precious kittens!!! They are so tiny and sweet and wonderful and I'm just so glad at how perfectly everything has worked out so far for you :D And they're super-purry kittens!! Oh, that's just the best! (Jo will still start her purring motor whenever I so much as stare at her for longer than a few seconds. it's so great.)
I love the names (and the pun! ahahaha!) but I have to say that in my experience, cats' names are quickly followed by a host of nicknames and sound effects (I don't know how it happened but I've gotten in the habit of saying "beep" whenever Josie pops up, which is usually followed by a "boop" when I catch sight of Finny) which may or may not be used more frequently than their proper names. So it could happen to you... and that would be just fine.
Thanks for sharing all the delightful photos!! I'm all smiles just looking at them :D
The purring is incredible. I get all flaily. Jinksy keeps sort of running right up me and purring in my ear!
And yeah, I imagine they'll have nicknames ASAP! One of my cats when I was living with my parents was Macavity, and I wound up calling him Slinky, for no reason that I can actually recall. *g*
scruloose's allergies are probably as bad as they're going to get. In my experience, you build up tolerance to your own cats. So if they're mild now, they'll probably go away.
The breeder agrees that the odds are good that his allergies will go away. Here's hoping! We'll keep an eye on it when the kittens go through puberty, 'cause I guess their dander can change then? But so far, I can't get over just how well it's going.
