It's still great seeing so much traffic on my DW flist. *^^* So exciting! There are a couple of posts I want to respond to at least a bit (by which I mean "link to them and write a little bit on the subject"), mainly dealing with the topic of commenting and how people think about it, but that clearly hasn't happened yet

I do think cats tend to de-stress one (and I just left out the hyphen and LJ changed that to "distress", which was not what I meant at all. :P) I love coming home and seeing those little faces peeking around the corner at me; and I love not being able to sit anywhere without having one or the other, or both wanting to sit with me. I really hope everything works out for you because kittens are wonderful therapy as well as wonderful all-around companions. And they make you laugh and melt your heart and all that good stuff. ;)
I will read your story as soon as I have time to appreciate it. I'm feeling a bit rushed and oogy at the moment, so not now. But soon! *hugs*

I can't estimate how much time DW adds to my online time compared to LJ, because I've been actively trying to get involved in the community etc. over there--and actively trying not to establish more connections over here. I think there are about five of you on my flist who actually post on LJ without crossposting, and otherwise it's all communities.
(Also, at this point Ginny has simply abandoned DW and LJ entirely. :/ She was keeping up with reading for quite a while after she stopped posting, but she's now only really keeping tabs on Twitter and Tumblr.)
The kittens seem to be working out! C's allergies are kicking in a little bit, but really not much at all, and he adores the kittens. *g* (I just got a bunch of photos from him and Kas, so I'm going to make another post about the kittens soon. Kittens!)
Blah, I'm sorry you're feeling hectic and oogy! (Ginny uses that word too. *g*) I hope you feel better soon!
