Other than student loan payments and adding to my little heap of BPAL imps too often, this still seems to be where my money's going. La! Not counting anything I pick up because of work, my current manga list is something like:
Basara (2 volumes left to go)
Emma (1 volume left to go) Never mind, apparently it's still running in Japan. Huh.

Fruits Basket (+ the new Ultimate Edition, 'cause...yeah)

Gakuen Alice (just starting in English)

High School Debut (just starting in English)

Neon Genesis Evangelion (technicality, since it's only about one volume a year)

So that's three that're about to wrap up, two technicalities, five that're just getting under way, and about twelve that I've been buying for a while. I think I might actually be grateful that the Del Rey books I get are on a fairly slow release schedule (some--maybe most--of them seem to only be two or three volumes a year). O_o And I also kind of want to keep up with Tactics, and was thinking of filling in the Ouran back catalogue at AN in a few months, and checking out Dazzle... Meep.
The frightening thing is, I am being selective. ;_;
