I'm gonna have to sit and read all the previous chapters this weekend! *_* gah I missed furuba ficcie so bad! Yesterday I burst out in tears when I came across the mp3 of furuba opening song and i was like omg I haven't heard that them in forever (since 2004) *sigh*
I like the way you wrote of Rin's fragmented memories coming back to her. Also, the physical and psychological are always so well-melded in your sex scenes. I can almost feel their yearning, as well as their caution and Haru's reluctance. I feel like Rin is back, and I'm liking the way this is going. On to the last chapter!
^^ I've discovered that I quite like writing sex scenes that don't fit the stereotypical patterns--no "actual" sex, as in this one, or my favorite part (of the actual sex scenes) in the lemonesque, which involved poorly-timed sleep. It leaves so much more room for exploring the emotional dynamics.
Having Rin back made me very happy when I was writing, and in retrospect I find it a little weird that the *first* scene I wrote of the entire fic was the only one from her (real-time) POV. While editing, Alishya mentioned that the story really is about Rin, not Haru, but I think that adds to the sense of disconnection, since she has basically no voice at all for most of it.

I miss Furuba fic too. :/ I don't really venture far afield for it, and not many people I know are writing it anymore.
