He took a small time program in WV and took them to the final four, imagine what he could do for Michigan. The best part is, he'd probably be interested in the job.
only problem is he has a $3.5 million buyout that Michigan would have to pay, then we'd probably have to offer $1 million a year. Bill Martin wouldn't seem too likely to want to do that, but hiring Beilein, as the article said could elevate Michigan to big time status again, or we could settle for another nobody, pay him $800,000 a year with no buyout, and keep settling for NIT bids.
