welcome 2007
welcome 2007!! and what a year it's gonna be! i have a good feeling about this one...i mean, i always say that and look forward to it being a good year, but this year...this year is different. there will be a lot of big steps to take...no pun intended...besides the step and all my professional life, there will be changes personally...i hope for the better. 2006 was a bittersweet year...started off kinda rocky, only to get worse in the months that came after, got a little better but then sunk right back down...it was all about taking one step front and two steps back...but towards the end, and right at the end...my whole perspective changed. guess the year proved to me that i have to have an open mind and be more realistic than delusional...hehe. i can't wait for things to happen...so much has to happen this year, it's all so exciting...scary but exciting!
anyway, school starts on monday and i don't know if i'm looking forward to it yet...haha, it's a good thing cause i'm kinda bored just staying home and studying all day but i know i'll have so much to do once school starts that i'll wish to be home bored. it's so amazing knowing that i'll be here for the next 3 months but not having any idea where i'll be come may. once this semester is over...we'll be off to another place...to live somewhere else, lots of places will become home to us in this journey. it's great to have people everywhere, i like that...being able to say, yeah i lived there...just like cayman. i love cayman, i miss it and my "family" over there...and will visit them as soon as we get a chance...which may not be for a while but it's ok.
i think that's all for now...gotta start studying. oh yeah, teddy's coming tomorrow!!! yay! so excited to see him...:)
