weekend recap
What I should have done: studied my ass off for my bioinformatics final
What I did:
Friday - Jimbo's run
Saturday - Stay in bed until noon, eat at Olive Garden, read "The Subtle Knife", watch "Pulp Fiction" (#94 on the AFI list, definitely see it if you haven't)
Sunday - Read the paper, frantic search and rescue of the cat who got out and then stuck in the neighbors patio, buy cat harness, buy Wii MarioKart, talk on phone to my sister, play MarioKart
However, I think a lot of this is justified given a) I had a really exhausting week and had to catch up on sleep before my brain would function; b) I love my cat; c) Brian will be gone until Friday night on a business trip, so we needed some QT before he left, and what's a better way to bond than trash-talking while playing MarioKart? :-p
