I just had to. After watching the latest episode of The Mentalist I realised that I had more than enough to use as inspiration in making this particular fanmix. Patrick's an interesting character, in my opinion. He could seamlessly change personas whenever he wishes. In one instance, he can seem so understanding and become your best friend and then in the next minute he puts on his mischevious outfit and play these sleight-of-hand games with his co-workers and victims/suspects in each episode. Lately, those who have been watching The Mentalist (Some 16-million-odd last time I heard) have been treated to glimpses of his past, with being his time in the insanity ward in the very latest episode.
Anyway, enough digressing. This fanmix, aside from the rules of having one instrumental piece & one Eels song, should be able to tell the story of Patrick Jane, based on the episodes played thus far in chronological order. From the moment he's experiencing a happy life with his family, to the moment he's lost everything to Red-John, his rehab in the insanity ward and then finally his chance to work with CBI are all there in each of the songs listed below. All comments are most welcomed, especially those who are fans of the TV series and of Patrick Jane *Grins*.
