(no subject)
Well... it's certainly been a while since my last post... since the beginning of december and pretty much right through that month, chrissy and i had been housesitting my parents' place and i'd also been working at the shop full time. Working 38+ hours a week and then at least 2 and a bit hours travelling time to and from work per day and by the time i was getting home, my thought process was dinner... veg out... sleep... Then for the past few weeks after my parents had come back from overseas we were in the middle of moving house which is always a bloody long and arduous process, this time more so than ever for some reason. (there's a lot more to talk about here... but i'll save that for a post in the near future.) Anyways... so work has seriously dried up for the moment so i'll be looking for a new job in the very near future... and not least because if i don't get out of the job i'm in sometime soon i'm going to go super-nova.
We've moved in with my sister at the moment and will probably be here for the next 12 months at least and maybe even 18... depending on what happens at the end of this year and how ready we are to go to Japan. Its probably not an ideal scenario but it isn't too bad and it's a pretty good way for us to be able to save a little money for when we go to overseas.
Crap... i just realised what the time is here... i have to go to work today but i wanted to go into town a little earlier so i could deposit some money into my bank account... it's been sitting in a container in my closet for a few months now and its starting to make me a little nervous just sitting there waiting to get spent or lost or stolen or whatever...
