Academia Vitae or Universities in the UK
I have a fair amount of people watching my journal, and certainly some people from the Netherlands who may have an idea first hand or such.
But does anyone know about or have experience with Academia Vitae (in the Netherlands of course)?
My other half is trying to get in touch with them as he is interested in enrolling in their freshman year. But he cant seem to get in touch with them, neither by phone or email and even leaving messages or such, he gets no response. ^^; Which seems a little odd to me personally.
Also their website doesn't seem to be on-line, making it a little more difficult. ^^;
So is there anyone here who has some kind of experience with them? Are they normally so hard to get in touch with? I know they are fairly new, but are they any good?
Alternatively, are there any universities in the UK that offer a freshman year, an orientation year of studies that doesn't teach anything specific, but gives more or less an overview over different courses and models? As that is what he is basically looking for.
