my bad you guys.

 so i totes planned to have a chapter of confessions out before the 7th (cuz that's freshtilapia 'sbirthday), but it was a total fail on my part. i prob won't even make my VD schedule either, which is equally disappointing. i'll do my best though... i've got a good 14hrs or so to bust something out. ;)

anyways, i guess i'll just tell you guys what i have going on so you can at least know my excuses for why my update schedule sucks...

• college. my class schedule is so bad... like it's not too taxing, but i'm really lazy and i procrastinate so it bites me in the ass. i'm glad that my degree plan only requires physics and not diff equations, too, because i slacked off so much in cal 2, i'm not sure i would've passed DE!!

• nrotc (naval reserve officer training corps). it's what i'm on scholarship for. crazy, i know! to top it all off, i'm trying to switch from being a navy option to a marine option! anyways, what i'm saying is that i get up at like 0430-0500ish nearly every day for required activities. (and i went to OCS prep at T: A&M on saturday and ended up sleeping the rest of the day after i got back, so that was another day wasted :/ )

• track AND field. i am on the track team for my school (took a bit of convincing to assure my advisors i wouldn't kill myself doing my events, but i got it!) and i do pole vaulting and javelin. i'm not the best --especially since i JUST got my poles this past friday and i haven't actually vaulted since the 10th grade--but i work extra hard!  next year i may do some running events. :P

• tutoring. i'm not an official tutor or anything, i just happen to be high up in my class, so i've been asked to help out other midshipmen with their courses. that ranges from different maths to computer science courses.

• friends. as much as i'd like to hole up in my room and devote all my time to the internet and my video games, i cannot; as in, i am not allowed to. my friends forbid it and drag me places with them.
