It was really easy to find, I just searched from the tijuana air port and then extrapolated from there. Of course, since the map inadequitely represents a few of the roads in the area, there's no guarentee that it represented the location of the buildings correctly and therefore I could be completely and utterly off.
I outlined the buildings I thought they might be in red.
