As production ramps up on the Guy Ritchie helmed Sherlock Holmes 2, French actor Gilles Lellouche will soon join Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, and Noomi Rapace after the latest Sherlock Holmes casting announcement. According to The Playlist, French actor Gilles Lellouche has joined the cast of Sherlock Holmes 2, which begins filming soon in Paris and Strasbourg. Gilles Lellouche was last seen in the French gangster film, Mesrine: Killer Instinct.
Sherlock Holmes is set to hit theaters on December 16, 2011.
