sitting in class
So i am sitting in class bored as balls and listening to my professor talk about depression. He asks "how do people get it? Is it the lack of nurture from family members? Is it drugs or alcohol? Its funny to me why he thinks he can talk about this topic, if he didnt have any first hand experience. Depression just happens to people with weak personalities and self-esteem because that is what my doctor said. I wish this class was better use of my time since i am paying for it and actually spending my time in it. Oh well, it has been a long week sunday we had council meeting, which got me more stressed out b/c people expect alot from us. Monday rolled around and had the usual class, dinner and then chapter which went well. the rest of tuesday was ok until gerdy came down and hung out with me. It was really awesome to spend time with him since i really missed him and i wasnt have a great week. Oh i forgot to mention that i was a totally geek and screwed up my ankle so i cant work out and it looks like butt-hole. So Wednesday was nice 4/20 is always a fun time i hung out with kevy b and went to his film class which i realized halfway through the movie that my friend devin was sitting in the back of the room with her DU boyfriend and really were getting busy. I feel bad for her b/c that is so not classy at all and she has been sinking lower and lower every time i see her. She was way different in high school and its sad to see her like this b/c she use to be so beautiful now she looks like she is just drugged out. Anyways after hanging out with kevy i went home to eat dinner with the boys that won our basketball tournament and then had dance practice. After dance christy and i headed off to hang out with ryan and his girlfriend mel, who i might add was very pleasant despite my first impression of her which was not a very good one. That was my week not to exciting but there is nothing much that i can do. Today we have a social with the delt sigs and we are going rollerskating which is awesome b/c i cant be putting that kind of pressure on my ankle so i will be sitting on the side :( This weekend we have some high schoolers come to hang and stay at our house which should be some fun. Then on saturday gerdy is coming to pick me up(yeah!!!!!) and then i get to go home for my grandmothers 80th b-day. ok i think i am done typing i should probably start to pay attention to what is going on in class.
