nazi germany....the nazis gave that right to the government and they went and closed down any thing they didn't agree with...mainly stores run by jews gypsies and the other people they hated....

I know thats what I was thinking. I hope they overturn this ruling, but I dont think the Supreme Court goes back on its decisions very often.

when they get new judges.......but that is why they made the ruling.....renquist is about to die off along with a couple others...so they are going out with a facist bang
