Microsoft is evil.

I hope I never meet Bill Gates. Honestly, I will feed him to starving blue-footed boobies if I ever do. But since I don't own a company on the Fortune 500 list, I probably never will meet him. Lucky bastard.
So Microsoft sucks. This company has always been on my hate list, ever since nice, affordable things like Apple and Linux came into my life, but now it moved up a spot. You see, I've been having problems with this computer. Windows 98 isn't really that bad. Actually, it's quite nice. Virus creators tend to create things for the latest version out there, so all of those deadly viruses a few months ago couldn't harm my computer. Unfortunately, 98 doesn't have the fun stuff like XP.
Back to the computer problem. My computer crashes any time I end a task that isn't responding. Doesn't matter which one. So I turn to Microsoft's "Knowledge Base." This "Knowledge Base" is about as smart as this guy. I search around, and I get nothing. Surprise. So I try e-mailing tech support. Apparently, this OS came with the computer, so I can't ask them questions. What the fuck would change 98 so much that it would require me to ask the manufacturer? Then again, I could ask them. For 35 dollars a question. That's right. 35 fuckin' dollars just to ask a question. Let's do a little research.
Here's straight from Microsoft.com: Microsoft had revenues of US$36.84 billion for the fiscal year ending June 2004, and employs more than 55,000 people in 85 countries and regions. That's one helluva lot of money for one year. And their fearless leader Bill? Worth at least 30 billion dollars in stocks alone. Why? He owns Microsoft stock. 1,097,499,336 shares of it. Microsoft has 10,700,000,000 shares. Bill owns about 10 percent of Microsoft, and he knows everything that goes on. This gives him a sharp advantage in the stock market.
Now, why does a guy so wealthy need his corperation to charge $35 for a simple question? Good 'ol Blizzard helped me out when I had problems with Starcraft anytime. For free. Also, if they get so much money from all of this (Keep in mind that there is now the X-Box, and also the $500 Office Package), you'd think they'd at least make a system that's decent. XP had so many weaknesses, a new virus came out every week! Something that costs $300 should not do this! Linux is virus-proof. Apple is crash-proof. Windows is neither!
Maybe someday, Microsoft will do things better.

Or, they will just continue to do things this way, seeing as they own 90% of the world's OS.

Bastards.

Bill Gates is Satan.
