(no subject)

So exams are almost over, and I'm headed back to Purgatory...err, I mean Strathroy, soon. School this year wasn't quite what I expected, but it was an experience I wouldn't have missed for the world. I would have changed a few things, perhaps (different roommate, not interacting with the city kids, etc), but I'm glad I'm here. I've completed three out of five exams already, and I'm headed home on sunday. I have to go looking for a job once I'm back, which I'm not at all looking forward to, since finding one is a bitch. I'm thinking of living in a sublet for the summer, and working in London, since a) there would be more employment opportunities in London, b) I'd rather be in a city, since living in a small town for even small periods of time bores me senseless now, and c) if I have to deal with Tim's jack-assery for a whole summer, I'm going to go homocidal. I'm actually considering turning him into a Psychological test subject, without him knowing it. Observation, and analysis, and the like. He has to be good for something, right?

Anyway, it looks as though we're throwing Speedball a birthday party next weekend. Should be fun, and an opportunity to get together with some old friends for a while. Of course, Cherish is putting all this together. I warned her that I'm broke so I hope she won't get too mad that I don't have any money to bring.

We played capture the glowstick last night. Me, Saad, Jess, Jenn, Janna, Jocelyn (there are a lot of 'J' girls on my floor), Mel, and Abby divided the area between REV and V1 in two, and played for about 3 hours. My team won both times, because we're just so darned sneaky. ^_^ Really, I was tracking Jocelyn around the back of REV, because she was looking for the glowstick, and she didn't see me until I was almost on top of her. I got a good work out to be sure. I had to chase enough people, that I was exhausted by the end, and those girls run fast. o_O Other than that, not much else has been going on.

Well, next time I write, it'll be from home. Hurray.
